Oauth documentation needs to be more clear about slack/install path

Description

Recently we have had multiple people report not realizing that when they implement OAuth, that bolt will auto generate a slack/install route with an Add to Slack button. This needs to be used to install via OAuth. Maybe we should bold this part in the docs?

We should also add a note saying that the "Add to Slack" button under Manage Distribution in their App Config will not work with Bolt's OAuth since it is missing state.
