This code requires Qt libraries and headers.
In the core Qt is only required for the threaded, this could easily be replaced.

main.cpp is the startup code for the GUI.
QtPanel.h and QtPanel.cpp are the demo GUI.
BitmapWriter.h and BitmapWriter.cpp are for debug purposes only.
