How can I install wlrctl?

Describe the bug
I'm using wayland, and in the plugins tab it says I should install wlrctl. However, I failed to find a way to install it. It doesn't seems to be delivered by apt.

Do I have to install it from source?

I noticed that it is introduced by #427 ,so maybe @slgobinath can help?

Yeah, you probably have to build and install it from source, as the distro you are using hasn't packaged wlrctl yet.
