First commit, based off Ender 3.

I was wanting to use my BIQU BX with Superslicer, and since there was no profile, I decided to create one based off the Ender 3 S1, and the info from @looxonline BX pages.

thumbnails is a printer field, not a print one.
you don't changed your first layer height for 0.2 nozzle it breaks.
You don't need any "renamed from", it's only useful when you want to change the name of one preset of your own vendor profile, so the old project still works and the update go smoothly.
