Hf token

Done:

• added hf token to credentials page
• for each model we're checking it's status and returning repo_status in model_info (see /tab-host-models-get): it can be open, gated, not_found or unknown
• open means full access without token, gated means token + accept on it's page, not_found means no repo and unknown for all other

TODO:

• show message about gated models: weight download requires token and may be accepting conditions of the repo
