After testing perform interaction keyboard while a MEDIA app is limited, I noticed that the limited character list is not applied. |

Testing Plan
Send SetGlobalProperties from app, go back to app screen and open Keyboard. All buttons should be enabled.
Summary
Resets any disabled buttons from limitedCharacterSet whenever an app is deactivated.
