Cancel booking
By default any form which contains a Booking can be cancelled
The cancelled flow is 3 pages. Current these are not allowed to be customised.
- Cancelled details page (shows information about the appointment being cancelled)
- Cannot be cancelled (Is displated to the user, if the appointment cannot be cancelled)
- Cancelled success
