Gitique state maintained within repo

1. Go to lein new gitique-examples#1
2. Go to Files and enable Gitique
3. Click the link to the PR index page
4. Click on another PR
5. Go to Files

Expected: Gitique is disabled, as it should be by default, and 'all commits' is selected.

Actual: Gitique is still enabled.
