The recently released metis 5.1.1 package on conda forge seems to be causing segfault issues in TACS environments setup through conda (see here).
Pinning CI/conda recipe against older 5.1.0 package to prevent this in future
Also updating broken Metis download link in ReadMe/docs. Closes issue #235
