Hello,

I am experiencing network issues that make installing the R package directly from GitHub unreliable. Could you please provide a compressed archive (e.g., .zip or .tar.gz) of the latest version of the package? This would allow me to install it locally without encountering installation problems.

Hi, I am not sure that you will be able to install hdWGCNA without a network connection, considering that this package relies on several dependencies from CRAN and Bioconductor. Are you still experiencing network issues?
