What problem is this solving?

Restoration of the functionality in gh-action-huawei-swr-policy and stabilized master brach.

Types of changes

• Fix and Modify entrypoint.sh file.
• Do a rollback to rename variables huawei_access_key_id and huawei_secret_access_key
• Modify the policy with protection for production tags

@jveraduran esto falla debido al sanitize del entrypoint que valida la existencia de las variables pero como este es un action test que no encontrara variables sensibles siempre fallara en ese paso.
