This is despite:

• Claude having global agents in C:\Users\User\.claude\agents (both directly in the agents folder, and in sub folders (not sure ccflare handles subfolders it seems?)
• Project folder having .claude\agents
• claude /agents command lists 20+ agents
• The ccflare logs show

The system is failing to detect agents in subfolders because:

Critical Problems:

1. No recursive scanning - only reads files directly in ~/.claude/agents/, ignoring subdirectories
2. Windows path handling - uses Unix-style path regex that doesn't work with Windows backslashes
3. Missing subdirectory support - designed for flat file structure, not organized folders

Key Files with Issues:

• packages/agents/src/discovery.ts:174-200 - needs recursive directory traversal
• packages/proxy/src/handlers/agent-interceptor.ts:94 - Windows path regex broken

The Fix Needed:

Replace the simple readdir() call with recursive directory scanning and fix the Windows path handling to use cross-platform path separators.
