Can’t really show screenshots since the visibility mode lets the project only pop up in the taskbar, not on the screen. Best way to see it? Just run the project, try the shortcut, and you’ll get it instantly. The click-through mode basically makes the app see-through so you can work with whatever’s behind it, no extra hassle. |

Add Click-Through Transparency Toggle
This PR makes the interface less intrusive when click-through mode is enabled.
Pressing Ctrl/Cmd + M now also adjusts transparency (70% opacity) with a smooth fade transition.
Normal mode = full opacity, click-through mode = reduced opacity.
Improves usability by visually indicating when mouse events are disabled.
Tested:
Transparency toggles correctly with Ctrl/Cmd + M
Smooth transition works as expected
Initial state loads correctly without breaking existing functionality
