Disable test without changing rendering

Is there a way to do this currently? I sometimes run into tests for doctest that are incompatible with my system. I would like to have a way to disable them without changing how the docs are rendered.

My system (gentoo) runs tests in a sandbox and doesn't allow for network calls. I want to patch this so that it disables the test, but I want to keep the way it renders in Haddock the same. How can I do this?
