Averaging voltage and test threshold for complete charge

This release is a complete re-writing of the sketch.
It adds some features:

• Measure voltage using 204 samples in 224ms
• Save history of last 5 minutes and trigger regenbox mode with it
• Enable measurement on all slots (requires modification of the electronic circuit)
