The first release. Note that it's not production-ready yet.

The agent is a custom distro based on the OpenTelemetry Java agent. It offers the following customizations:

  • a sampler
  • a span exporter (export spans to the NH backend)
  • a profiling span processor
  • an inbound metrics span processor
  • a context propagator
  • and some other miscellaneous add-ons
