We started discussing it in #5026.

As the classic frontend is deprecated, we should consider whether providing it as an installation option for new stores makes sense. Even if having it as an option isn't invasive, it doesn't communicate the work we're doing well. On top of that, we provide the none option, and users can later install it as a regular gem.
