Previously we were using "BSD-3", but the correct SPDX ID is "BSD-3-CLAUSE". This fixes a warning rubygems emits when building gems. http://spdx.org/licenses/ http://spdx.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause.html
This option is deprecated and rubyforge is no more.
