The html which relied on this was removed in 2010
This was an awkward bit of solidus_backend which linked to a page from solidus_frontend. This shouldn't be necessary as most admins will know what a CVV is.

This removes a few lines from our payment JS that weren't used. Also removes an awkward and unnecessary link from solidus_backend to solidus_frontend.
