Description

This is the result of work done with @kennyadsl and @seand7565. It adds a GOVERNANCE.md file with details about:

  • Nebulab's role in the project
  • The stakeholders
  • The core team
  • The OpenCollective contributors

Hopefully, this makes the governance model clearer for anyone who wants to understand who makes decisions and/or contributes to the project.

Checklist:

  • I have followed Pull Request guidelines
  • I have added a detailed description into each commit message
  • I have updated Guides and README accordingly to this change (if needed)
  • I have added tests to cover this change (if needed)
