Same thing as 5988804. This was making api, sample, and core specs fail.

👍 Merged. I had assumed that it was only needed in frontend and backend in #597 because specs were passing, and those are our only gems which serve assets. It probably was passing due to cached gems in CircleCI, which I'll have to remember for the future. |
