Support ImagePullSecrets as array type

Currently we support a single image pull secret via a hidden field under image object. Kubernetes supports multiple pull secrets under workloads. We need to update our operator templates to support the same functionality as well as maintain backwards compatibility for any existing users relying on the current implementation.
