[RFC] PHPCR Support

Add PR / Issue related to PHPCR Support.

• [WIP] Two fixes related to making PHPCR-ODM work #602 : this PR is about making PHPCR work in MediaBundle
• Move phpcr mappings out of default location to avoid conflicts with mongdb/allow auto_mapping #582: Waiting for user reply
• Problem with sonata.media.manager.media service and doctrine_phpcr db_driver #509 << can be closed if [WIP] Two fixes related to making PHPCR-ODM work #602 is finished
• Fixed andFlush parameter in MediaManager never being used. #537 (done in Fixed andFlush parameter in MediaManager never being used. Based on #537 #796)
• Allow deletion of media that are associated with galleries. #579
• [WIP] Added repositories and moved idPrefix and ID to base class #311 << closed. superceded by [WIP] Two fixes related to making PHPCR-ODM work #602
• Fix PHPCR repository class: "Sonata\MediaBundle\PHPCR\GalleryHasMediaRepository" is declared twice #604

@rande #579 is not really a PHPCR support issue as it exists regardless of which orm/odm you are using.
