[Micas]platform M2-W6510 standardization by using native Linux kernel drivers

Description

Micas added some drivers for W6510-48V products in the platform directory before. According to the PR review comments(#15888), we will try to use native Linux kernel drivers instead, except for some drivers that we have implemented ourselves. And this issue's purpose is to follow up the topic.

@zjswhhh Since #19599 is not kernel pr, but a platform driver pr, does saiarcot familiar with driver? If not help sign another guy who is familiar with platform driver, if yes then just ignore this comment.
