#### What I did
Fixed import error
Added unit test for that case
#### How I did it
Used relative import to import file from the current package.
#### How to verify it
Try to configure mclag with Port as peer interface

sudo config mclag add 1 192.168.3.1 192.168.3.2 Ethernet12

- What I did
Add new hwsku Arista-7050-Q31S4
- How I did it
Copied over files from QX32S hwsku, and changed port_config.ini, broadcom config, and sai.profile.
Also added hwsku-init to set mux for the different hwskus.
- How to verify it
Able to see links up on the four SFP ports. Eyescan also good.
