- Why I did it
Call "mst start" without option "with_i2cdev" will cause some I2C device not loaded after "config reload" or "config load_minigraph".
- How I did it
Add option "with_i2cdev" when calling "mst start".
- How to verify it
On the Mellanox platform, perform "config reload" or "config load_minigraph", and check if all the I2C devices are all loaded properly.
