I'm following in sopel-remind's footsteps here, using the
buildpackage (as inpython3 -m build) to create releases of this plugin going forward. I had a small adventure figuring out how to keep the concatenation ofREADME.md+NEWS(hint: declaring thereadmevalue asdynamic). No Makefile yet, but the future could bring one.
