Describe the bug

Platform: Windows

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have Cody plugin installed in your Visual Studio editor
  2. Login to Cody with Free/Pro user
  3. Let Cody loads correctly
  4. Change the editor theme

Observed behavior:

Cody is not following the theme changes.

Expected behavior

Cody should follow the theme correctly.
