`SymbolInformation` does not contain `SymbolInformation.Kind kind` field.

When running scip-typescript index and viewing the outputs, none of the symbols have the kind field outlined in the scip.proto schema. Thought this information would be included in the index output, wanted to use it for some of the stuff I was building.

Not all SCIP indexers emit all fields. We do not currently have an immediate use case for this field at Sourcegraph, so we are unlikely to implement it. However, if you'd like to submit a PR to add this feature, we can review it.
