Prevents this:

[01-Dec-2021 13:38:22 UTC] Xdebug: [Step Debug] Could not connect to debugging client. Tried: host.docker.internal:9000 (through xdebug.client_host/xdebug.client_port) :-(

Constantly spamming when xdebug installed, but not enabled.
