Reduced sell price of all atmos canisters from 1000 to 200 spesos
Why / Balance
Atmos canisters are sold to NT at unusually high prices. Their current value means they are prioritised by cargo techs, causing issues in pressurizing rooms or air tanks.
For comparison:
There's no IC reason why NT wants simple steel canisters for 1000 spesos* (other than withstanding temperatures and pressures greater than stars). Closest analogy would be selling used water bottles to a water bottling company..
