  1. Let there be no memory leaks 🧙‍♂️💥✨ 

    - fixed workpaces to use asset refs instead of numeric ids
- added surfaces to workspaces so they are automatically deleted
- fixed multiple memory leaks with manager objects forgetting to delete stuff :-)
- added way to open the debug overlay with F7, and a section to view the counts of dynamic resources
- added a script for defining program-wide globals that should only get run once!!!!
