BREAKING CHANGE - use iptables rules for preventing container-container communication #19

This PR introduces the following changes:

  • Use iptables rules instead of a docker network to prevent container-container communication
  • Simplify some stupid code
  • Add and cleanup more auth providers
  • Throw error if required env variables do not exist
