- added optional language option [if removed from .tex file, no changes to the original]
- minor optical changes in links and skillbar ticks
Removing the first and last tick removes some "optical noise", which looks (for me) more beautiful
Getting rid of the blue border around links
Adding an optional language section consisting of flag and skillbar that may be used by multilingual people
