Added logging for hiding window

Added logging for hiding window. Cleaned up how to build release.

First Release of Xbtn2cmd on Github

It is a X-Plane 11 new GUI window with 12 blank buttons per page that you can label and add commands to the buttons. It allows you to have 8 pages of buttons that the page button can be labeled and is hilighted when selected.
