Bluetooth buffer overrun

Above, DebugLevel=debug shows Bluetooth buffer overrun.

To replicate:

• Factory reset unit
• Connect over Bluetooth
• Provide EVK with corrections from NTRIP in SW Maps

Because we got rid of a local BluetoothSerial library, we can no longer increase the size of the buffer. Incoming Bluetooth RTCM data from an NTRIP source is only getting partially through. I see my local HPA be at 14mm but then increase over time when RTCM cannot get through.

Solution: Bring back the local copy of BluetoothSerial with buffer modifications in place.
