Non NVM settings are not shown on CLI LIST action

$SPEXE,LIST*75 should report special action settings including: enableRCFirmware, batteryLevelPercent, batteryVoltage, batteryChargingPercentPerHour. These are present and responded to in CLI, they just need to be reported.
