- ENH: Identify tree as 'multiscales'
- ENH: to_zarr dynamically generates NGFF metadata
Semantic name compatibile with ngff
The multiscales may have been processed / changed before serialization. Set the metadata during serialization.
Downsampled scales have chunks that get too small and can also be invalid for zarr serialization. Use consistent chunking that is optimized for IPFS and visualization by default.
