Call to undefined function arch()

Running tests locally works fine, however in my action, it's saying that arch() is undefined. Any tips to fix that?

This function was introduced in the later versions of Pest 2, so make sure you use up to date dependencies

It looks like it has the newest Pest 2, based on the Action.

I just removed the prefer-lowest... Seems to be ok. Thanks for the direction
