Simple sample steps needed for biomarkers research.

Steps

1. Log in.
2. Upload a dataset with optical image.
3. Select ROI corresponding to tumor.
4. Select ROI corresponding to epithelium.
5. Make ANOVA test to find markers (with option to use rest of preparation or not):
   • Report is generated:
     • Number of biomarkers in total
     • Biomarkers up/down-regulated in particular ROI (expandable)
   • Up/down-regulated peptides are marked on peak list with red/blue
   • Boxplots of peptide concentrations across regions are created
6. Click "Copy" to copy numbers from table into Clipboard with some formatting.
7. Click one of the up/down regulated peptides look at the boxplots and heatmap and export them into png/jpg.
