Can't really comment for the recent experience, since I'm not a regular VS Code user — but this is the extension https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=serayuzgur.crates and it appears to still be used? |

I no longer have the ability to merge PRs in Spin so someone is going to have to do that for me. |

I finally got tired enough of VS Code telling me to download an extension that does not exist.
