Fixed broken Target Architecture comparison in the Ubuntu base Dockerfiles.
Ubuntu based images are using
sh
as a shell andsh
shell does not support==
operator.But the Dockerfiles for Ubuntu based images are using this unsupported operator and it always fall back to
arm
