Become a sponsor to MRtrix3
MRtrix3 provides a set of tools to perform various types of diffusion MRI analyses, from various forms of tractography through to next-generation group-level analyses. It is designed with consistency, performance, and stability in mind, and is freely available under an open-source license. It is developed and maintained by a team of experts in the field, fostering an active community of users from diverse backgrounds.
Who we are
We are a team of academic scientists from various universities across the world, whose research focuses on diffusion MRI methodological developments. We want to make sure our work, and that of many other scientists, is used by and accessible to the community of applied scientists and clinicians that rely on these techniques. We have decided that the best way to do this is by providing high-quality implementations of the techniques we consider best-in-class, and to support our users to the best of our abilities, through our community forum, extensive documentation, and workshops.
Why do we need sponsorship?
By sponsoring us, you'll help us carry in our mission to provide the best tools for analysis of diffusion MRI data, and help the neuroscientific research and clinical communities. All of the funds will go towards meeting our standing costs (forum server, email service, and data hosting), and help to lower the costs of future workshop to make them more accessible.
Open source contributions
We are also looking for developers who want to contribute to the project. Feel free to checkout our page on how to contribute or reach out by creating an issue!
