Become a sponsor to Andrew Steinborn
Hi 👋 I'm Andrew Steinborn (or tuxed
in the Minecraft world). I am a software engineer living in NYC, who is interested in performance, backend work, networking, and web development. I'm humbled that my work is worth a few dollars of your money!
The primary open-source project I work on is Velocity, now a part of the Paper project (whom I've contributed to), but of course there is so much more I work on. Velocity is used by some of the largest Minecraft server networks, such as Minehut. I've worked with a wide range of Minecraft servers, ranging from small projects to CubeCraft. Outside of server software, I'm also the author of the Fabric mods LazyDFU and Krypton.
Any funds I get through GitHub Sponsors will allow me to keep working on my open-source projects. Financially, I currently depend on full-time work (currently I work for Ramp), so I have little time to work on my open-source projects, and sponsoring me will provide me with critical motivation to keep working on my open source projects. ❤️
