How I am?

Hi! I am Vincent Composieux, a freelance tech lead and web architect that loves to explore new technologies and most importantly, share them with others!

This is why I really like to create some tools or libraries that fit some not necessary cover needs or that I find interesting or simply contribute to other projects to add some new cool features.

Projects I maintain

Monday CLI

GitHub: https://github.com/eko/monday
Description: This is a CLI tool for microservice developers that allow to run them locally and eventually forward some dependencies from a remote source like Kubernetes, SSH or again a simple TCP proxy. This project aims to help developers to have a better productivity instead of launching a lot of services locally every time.

Monday GUI app

GitHub: https://github.com/eko/monday-app
Description: This project is a simple GUI built with Electron that allow developers that are not familiarized with CLI or that prefers to run it outside the terminal to launch Monday inside a little systray icon app.

Go Cache

GitHub: https://github.com/eko/gocache
Description: This is an extendable cache library for Go that provides useful tools for developers in order to help them implement a robust cache easily. It provides multiple stores (in memory, memcache, redis, ...), an ability to chain caches, to specify a load function to fill caches or again a struct marshaler.

PI-Hole Prometheus Exporter

GitHub: https://github.com/eko/pihole-exporter
Description: This is an exporter for Prometheus that allows to scrape metrics about a PI-Hole installation (a network ad-blocker) and that allow you to follow some metrics on a beautiful Grafana dashboard.

Docker / Symfony

GitHub: https://github.com/eko/docker-symfony
Description: This project is a little toolbox that shows to developers how to run a Symfony stack locally by using docker and more preciselly docker-compose tool.

Why I need some support?

I am working on some open-source projects since 2009 now and all of this only during my free time (evening and week-ends).
Since it's not always easy to find motivation and spend time on this whereas with my family, I would really appreciate any little sponsoring
