Add LINX+Neemu+Chaordic to the list of Luigi companies (#2320)

Hi,

We are proud to say that LINX+Neemu+Chaordic is using Luigi in production to run internal workflows. Basically, main tasks are dumping data from Cassandra, uploading data to S3, and updating information about Hive partitions.
