This PR adds support for ZRANGESTORE

Closes #2345

Add reactive ZRANGESTORE support. Support rangeAndStore in RedisZSet.

Refine assertion messages. Refine overloads.

For easier usage we now use Range<? extends Number> instead of Range<Number> to allow Range<Double> usage.
