Provide boolean logic on bean profiles, i.e. NOT profile. [SPR-9180] #13818

As far as I've seen it most of the bean profile examples tend to use profiles such as dev and production. However, sometimes it would be useful to have a configuration that should NOT be applied, if a certain profile is active. More generally speaking, wouldn't it be possible to support some rudimentary boolean logic for bean profiles?
