Support for RxJava 2 [SPR-14628]

Let's evaluate composition adapters for it, possibly shipping them in our 5.0 M2 in September already.

See this related Reactor pull request, I have asked to Stéphane if he could consider merging it in Reactor master to make such support available in Spring Framework 5.0 M2.

Support for RxJava 2 Completable, Single, Observable and Flowable types has been merged in this commit.
