RequestMatcherDelegatingAuthorizationManager should use RequestMatcherEntry #11046
Description
Since RequestMatcherDelegatingAuthorizationManager.Builder#add has not gone GA yet, it should be changed to use RequestMatcherEntry. This wasn't done originally because RequestMatcherEntry was added after the add was.
